Black & Gold Gala
The Black & Gold Gala, held at the Holiday Inn in Kitchener, treated guests to dinner, wine, art activities, and both silent and live auctions. The gala raised funds for the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery’s exhibitions, public programming and other events.

The Grand River Hospital Foundation held its fourth annual signature event, entitled The Grand Experience ... Passport to Paradise, at the Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre. The evening featured dinner, musical entertainment and dancing.

This fifth annual show hit all the right notes — pampering, shopping, entertainment and lunch. Net proceeds from Pamper Me Senseless, held at Bingemans, go to the Waterloo Region unit of the Canadian Cancer Society.

Purse-Suasion
It was an evening of fashion, Asian-inspired cuisine, entertainment, shopping and, of course, purses at the Purse-Suasion fundraiser for the Alzheimer Society of Kitchener-Waterloo. The event was held at the Heffner Toyota showroom on King Street East in Kitchener.
