Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest’s annual fall fashion show was held at LOT 42 in Kitchener. Proceeds from a charity raffle benefited the Children’s Witness Centre, which aims to provide a safe place for youth who are a victim or witness to abuse or violence.
